Dana Point City Council Member, Scott Schoeffel, donates net compensation as City Council Member to SOCSA Foundation!

The South Orange County School of the Arts Foundation received a donation of $2,700.00 in support of the SOCSA instrumental music program from Dana Point City Council's newest member, Scott Schoeffel. His April 2009 donation represents the net compensation he had received to date since he took office in December 2008. Schoeffel plans to continue providing monthly donations of $670 to SOCSA during his term with the net compensation he receives as a councilmember.
